We support main contractors through reliable tendering, transparent communication, and delivery that protects both programme and margin. Our goal is to build long-term relationships by consistently performing on site and operating as a dependable delivery partner.

Route to Market

Of course, we prefer to negotiate, based on a clear and direct set of Employer’s Requirements, but this is a competitive world, so we understand that we have to bid for work.

We are also keen to be considered for the nasty little job, or the tricky project where maybe the previous first choice ‘incumbent’ subcontractor may be reluctant, or committed elsewhere.

This is currently the most competitive marketplace there has been in recent time – so our pencils are sharp, our calculators run hot and we pore over spreadsheets obsessively.

Our commitment is to form strategically mutually beneficial and satisfying relationships up and down the value chain; our growth will be because we do that well, and consistently.

‘Value’, ‘Speed’, ‘Quality’ – it’s what we know, and what we do.

Who We Work With

We support direct main contractors and management contractors through reliable tendering, transparent communication, and delivery that protects both programme and margin. Our goal is to build long-term relationships through consistent performance on-site and operating as a dependable delivery partner.

Mitre supports those who invest in commercial property, and residential landlords of multiple dwelling properties, through the provision of high-quality, cost-effective services to make their buildings market/final finish ready and configured to suit their space modelling objectives

How We Deliver

Harmonious, aligned, coordinated delivery and expectations – drives out waste and redundancy and delivers value and margin, at pace.

Construction is highly competitive – we cannot afford to mess up, and risk losing hard fought relationships and, frankly, we don’t have the time or patience to do so – so we are focused on consistency, constantly.

Did we mention ‘Speed’, Quality’ and Value’?

Our understanding of the lost benefits of not getting it right first time on time and on quality, means we keep the programme front and centre, we work back from target PC, constantly seeking out opportunities to move faster, and to de-risk programmes, deadlines and milestones.
